Pablo Ruiz Picasso was born in Málaga in 1881 and it is here, in his hometown, that you can find the Picasso Museum in the Buenavista Palace. The museum has a permanent collection that shows eight decades of work of the brilliant Spanish artist. The collection is an excellent example of the great creativity of Picasso, an essential artist to understand western art.
