The botanical garden, the Orchidarium, is located on the outskirts of Estepona and is clearly visible with its three distinctive glass domes.

The Orchid garden is divided into two areas of 1,000 m2 and 15,000 m2, separated by a bamboo forest.

Inside the glass building, there is a waterfall and, on a 12 metre high wall, there are different types of orchids. There are over 1,600 different orchid varieties and 8,000 other plants, such as the ylan-ylan flower (used in the perfume industry, in brands like Dior or Channel) or the vanilla plant, which is a climbing orchid plant.
